Fundraising - Schools
Your Schools Support Will
Make A Difference
The support of your school would make a positive and lasting difference on the lives of young people, adults, families, workforces and communities who rely on ASCERT’s services.
There are lots of ways your school can fundraise for ASCERT including:
- Make a one-off donation (hyperlinked to ASCERT Justgiving page)
- Choosing ASCERT as your charity partner and fundraising for us throughout the school year.
- Organising your own fundraising event such as a penny collection, non-uniform day, bake sale, sponsored event, sports tournament, quiz, concert, talent competition – the possibilities are endless!
- Becoming ASCERT Charity Champions and encouraging parents, families and friends to get involved and support ASCERT.
- Volunteering – Teachers and pupils (aged over 16), can volunteer for ASCERT, helping with collections, bag packs and information stands.
These are just a few of the ways your school can support ASCERT. No matter what you do, by choosing to support ASCERT you are doing something amazing! You are helping to make a real difference in your community.
THANK YOU!
The Roe Valley Learning Community Group (RVLC), consisting of local Limavady post primary schools – Rossmar School, Limavady Grammar School, St Mary’s School, St Patrick’s College, Limavady High School and Gaelcholaiste Dhoire, fundraised for ASCERT. Corienne Archibald, Vice Principal of Rossmar School, overseen their fundraising for ASCERT. “We decided to support ASCERT as they are a charity who work in the local community addressing drug and alcohol issues and highlighting the impact of drugs on lives and the importance of making healthy and informed choices. To show our appreciation for the work they do, we organised a charity raffle and raised £678.” |
