Manage Your Training Account

Setting Up Your Account

Go to the page:


You can access it by clicking the ‘Register’ link on the top right.

Complete all fields in the registration form and then click the ‘Submit’ button.

When choosing your password, it must be at minimum of 5 characters in length.

You will then be taken back to the Login screen, but you cannot access your account until you have activated it.

You will have received an email from info@ascert.biz with a link for you to click to activate your account (remember to check your junk email box).

Once you click on the link in the email, you will have activated your account and will then be able to login and book places on courses.

If you try to create a new account using an email address you have used in the past to set up an account with ASCERT, you will get an error message.

If that happens, go to:


Then input your email address to request a link to be emailed to you that will allow you to reset your password (remember to check your junk email box).


Login to Your Account

Go to the page:


Input the email address and the password you used to create your account and click the ‘Login’ button.


Forgotten Your Password?

Go to the page:


Input your email address and click the ‘Retrieve Password’ button.

An email will be set to the email address given with a link to enable you to reset your password (remember to check your junk email box).

When you click on the link in the email you receive, you will be taken to the Password Reset screen on the ASCERT website.

Input a new password (minimum of 5 characters in length), in the ‘Password’ box, repeat in the ‘Confirm Password’ box and then click the ‘Reset Your Password’ button.
You will then be redirected back to the Login screen on the website. You can now input your email address used for the account and your new password and click the ‘Login’ button.


Booking Onto a Course

Once you login, you will first be taken to the ‘My Courses’ page.

Then, click on the ‘Training and Consultancy’ tab at the top to navigate to the section of the website which has the available training courses listed on it.

Select either the ‘Workforce Development Training’ or ‘Community Training’ section from the menu on the left to see courses listed in that category.

Find the course you are interested in from the listing and click ‘View’ to see more details.

At the bottom of the page of course details there will be a section that lets you apply for a place, click ‘Confirm’ to book your place.

The ‘Places Taken’ text shows the maximum number of places available on a course and the number booked so far to let you know if there are still spaces available.

If your booking is successful, you will be directed to the ‘My Account’ section and your chosen course will be showing in the ‘My Courses’ tab (you will also get an email to confirm your booking, remember to check your junk email).


Cancelling a Course Booking

Login and from the ‘My Account’ tab. Click on the ‘Confirm’ in the ‘Cancel Attendance’ area (you will also get an email to confirm cancellation of your booking, remember to check your junk email).

Please remember to cancel a place on any course you can no longer attend to free up the place for someone else who may want to attend.
