Finance & HR Administrator (FHR/ADMIN-06/19)

Responsible To: HR Co-ordinator

Location: Primarily Lisburn, and from regional offices across Northern Ireland when required

Length of Post: 1 year with possible extension

Hours: 35 hours

To support the organisations HR, finance and corporate functions in maintaining transparent, accountable systems and records and ensuring information is provided timely and accurately.

To undertake reception duties when required, acting as a first point of contact for all incoming callers and visitors to ASCERT and ASCERT HR, Finance and Corporate Departments, delivering a high level of customer service and demonstrating high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
