It was amazing to meet as a full staff team for the first time in 2 years! The noise of chatting and laughter was great to hear as we took time to bond as a team.

We are very thankful to Geoff’s energy as he guided us through a creative morning in order for us to take to know about each other a bit better and understand how to work as a team. We were very proud of the final pieces created and each will be homed across the ASCERT offices as a lovely reminder of this day. It was such a fun filled day with Geoff leading us in a very creative team building session, goodie bags with ‘Golden tickets’ and of course the infamous staff quiz by Gary when the competitive streaks were coming out!

The day was made particularly special as we got to celebrate the amazing achievement of being awarded the prestigious Investors in People GOLD.  Investors in People is the international standard for performance and quality of people management that enables organizations to benchmark against the best performing organisations on a global scale. ASCERT’s achievement of GOLD accreditation acknowledges our commitment to continually develop, adapt and improve so that we deliver our charitable objectives and make ASCERT a great place to work.

We are very proud and honoured as an organisation to have accomplished this high standard and know that it reflects the dedication of each staff members working.
