Steps to Cope ToolKit
This online intervention has been designed to help you if you are affected by alcohol misuse, drug misuse or mental ill health in your family.
You are not alone –
It is important to take care of yourself and this may also help others around you. By taking these steps you are not letting anyone down.
You work through each of the sections of the toolkit at your own pace and can leave at any time. When you return you can pick up where you left off.
Before you begin, we will ask you to select a username and give us some information about yourself. Then we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire at the start and end. This helps us to see whether your resilience has changed over the course of the programme.
